Smooth and trouble-free conveying is ensured by the robust construction of the conveying chamber of our paddle conveyors, with a minimum thickness of 3 mm, ensuring optimum strength, while the nylon paddles are driven by a specially designed internal chain.
The distinctive shape of the paddles not only optimises the transportation of materials, but also ensures complete cleaning of the inner case, ensuring the machine is self-cleaning and ready for the next transport cycle.
The loading station has been designed to convey the product directly into the drag zone towards the discharge, thus avoiding contact with the return paddles and reducing the risk of material breakage.
The special discharge outlets are equipped with a bucket opening system with complete resetting of the tank bottom, ensuring that the material is discharged effectively and safely.
The drive station, with its toothed wheel and rotating shaft on flange- type supports with ball bearings, ensures precise and reliable operation. Available in different finishes, including painted or galvanised carbon steel and AIS304 or 316 stainless steel, the SF model paddle conveyors are equipped with optional accessories such as material loading hoppers, intermediate discharge outlets, electro-pneumatic flap dampers and fixed or wheeled support stands.
