Innovative Solutions: A Pneumatic Tipping System for Efficient Raw Material Unloading
When importing raw materials from abroad, we often have to arrange for grain to be transported by lorries that do not have the capacity to unload directly into the receiving hopper. To address this issue, we developed an innovative pneumatic tilting system. The lorry is placed on the receiving hopper grille with one axle line and the other on the tilt. Once the tarpaulin and tailgate have been opened, the lorry driver can operate the tilt that lifts the lorry, allowing it to be almost completely unloaded. The lift is controlled by a pneumatic system that inflates the springs to lift the tilt in a safe and efficient manner.
